Dasuki said weapons found in his house belong to govt

A Federal High Court in Abuja has been told that

the embattled former National Security Adviser,

NSA, Sambo Dasuki, admitted to the Department

of State Services, DSS, that the weapons found

in his house belong to the Office of the National

Security Adviser, ONSA, from which he just

retired barely 48 hours before they were found.

According to a prosecution witness, Samuel

Ogbu, an operative of the DSS, Dasuki stated

that the weapons were meant for the use of his

security details for protection purposes and were

to be returned to the ONSA at the end of the

day.
