Tyrese Supports Vin Diesel Against The Rock: ‘I’m F***ing Proud To Call You My Brother’

As The Rock vs. Vin Diesel feud continues to unravel, the remaining ‘Fast and Furious’ actors are now being FORCED to choose sides and jump to their friend’s rescue. The latest victim in this bad blood is Tyrese, who chose to stand behind Vin. Check out what the rapper had to say about his co-star.

Why can’t these two just work it out? After it was revealed that The Rock, 44, was actually talking about Vin Diesel, 49, in his not-so-cryptic social media rant about unprofessionalism, co-star Tyrese, 37, has stepped in to defend his friend by posting a tirade of his own. The singer-turned-actor took to Instagram to upload a picture of Vin, and let his emotions run wild. Take a look at his heartfelt message.
Spreading love always….. without saying I've had too many moments to counts, too many heart too hearts, we've celebrated in too many countries, too many exchanges, too many play dates with our angels…… Our brotherhood and every moment has inspired me to be a better man and father…. So much strength to pull from….. I'm so fucking proud to call you my family and my brother…. even now I'm learning so much about sitting still and being centered in the mist of all of this unexpected energy……. I've always said that if ONLY people knew how hard you work to protect this franchise and characters, minds would be blown…… The fans around the world who continue to show UP for us are just all around amazing…… And if no one else will jump out there and stand up I will – You're my brother for life let's keep it positive and keep rockin this thing…… My proudest post…… #FastFamily #F8 #PaulWeStillMissYouEveryday

That’ll teach The Rock from talking smack about the #FastFamily crew! But what does this mean for the filming of Fast 8? In an attempt the squash the beef, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and the XxX actor had a secret meeting on set in Atlanta, according to TMZ, where the two sat in a trailer and tried to talk it out like gentlemen. Unfortunately, this row is FAR from over. Turns out, Dwayne’s hard-hitting comments struck a sour nerve with some of the other cast mates as well, like Jason Statham and Ludacris, who think his insults were out of line. Doesn’t Dwayne know that snitches get stitches?

In his rant, Dwayne calls his male co-stars (PLURAL) “chicken s—” and “candy a—s,” which implies that Vin isn’t the only actor being targeted. Vin appears to be winning this battle at the moment with more supporters on his side, but when you’re feuding people who were once your friends, is there ever a true winner? We’re just glad things haven’t turned physical because that would be a REAL blood bath!
